Behind Siddeshwar High School (Now Swami Vivkananad Eng Medium School), Terdal. It is horrible to pass the road. It smells so badly that it is hard describe it. Then think that how people would be able to use the toilets.
Who is responsible for this? Only Govt.?
In other sense people are also responsible for improper management of the public toilets. Govt. gives you facilities but we do not utilize them properly. Waste of money and energy to keep our city clean.
